Services ~ Children & Teens

It is truly my honor to work with your children. Sessions are usually 30-45 minutes as children clear and heal faster and more easily than adults. In a comfortable, safe, home setting, parents are welcome to stay and observe, or step out if your child prefers privacy.

After a short talk with you and your child or teen, the work continues on a massage table. Your child stays fully clothed and is encouraged to relax. The many benefits of this work include helping your child or teen:

• De-stress from school and social pressures so they can focus and succeed.
• Wade through confusion to discover what's best for them and what makes them happy.
• Learn to care for themselves so they stay vibrant, healthy, and clear.
• Release trauma, including birth trauma, and pain so they feel powerful and in control of their lives.

If your child is new to healing work, he or she, like most children, will only think it's "weird" for the first few minutes. After the first session, kids start to feel comfortable and empowered.
